I want to do 70 Things After I'm 70.
11 years ago I was fatigued, had an expanding muffin top and tried to hide my sugar cravings. I just wanted to nap every afternoon and fall asleep on the couch. I am a single woman approaching retirement age and I knew no one was coming to save me or take care of me. I had to take care of myself. I didn't just want to feel better. I wanted optimal brain and whole body wellness to carry me to 80 and beyond as long as I loved the life I was living spending all my time and money I had saved over a lifetime in doctor's offices and hospitals. I had a cabinet full of supplements that never resulted in any difference. But I can tell you I've never missed a day of Plexus supplements. I am retired now and working on that bucket list of 70 things to do after 70. You may not be there yet but the day will come when you are looking at what the rest of your life will look like.
